About Me

My name is Wiebke and I’m pleased that you found your way to my website “STUDIO 80erfreak”. I was born in 1980, which meant that I’m a big fan, a “freak” of the 80s, not just musically. Some time ago I studied art and textile design to become a primary school teacher at the Carl von Ossietzky University in Oldenburg, in addition to German studies. During my studies I came into contact with photography and other aesthetic processes. I am currently on a sabbatical and am also using this to devote myself to my creative work in my studio, the “STUDIO 80erfreak”, in Düsseldorf. I like to photograph structures/surfaces in nature, some of which I further process. But I also find drawings and acrylic collages exciting. I offer my work in various sizes, framed or unframed.
